How does the “VIP Experience” work?
As soon as you book your tour dates, our professionals are already working to build your family’s custom itinerary. This includes seamlessly experiencing any and all attractions without waiting in lines, meet and greets with your favorite characters, and never losing your front row seat at show time! Our team will also organize your important lunch and dinner reservations and make sure you never miss a moment with your all inclusive official Photo Pass access.
Your personal guide will contact you the night before your VIP experience to discuss your meeting location and you will be all set for your best vacation ever!
How long do we have our guide for the parks?
VIP Tours in Magic Kingdom are a six hour minimum per day. Epcot, Animal Kingdom, and Hollywood Studios VIP Tours are a four hour minimum. Our team works diligently to create custom tours based on your family’s specific needs and interests. These numbers reflect the amount of time we have determined necessary to experience all of the attractions and highlights comfortably. If you would like to continue your tour past these time frames – your guide is available to you for the entire day.

Even so, from experience, we will say that it is the coolest time of the day and the least crowded at park opening. The heat and humidity can become overwhelming for many families here in sunny Florida, by mid afternoon it is at it’s peak and will remain relentless for the rest of the day. Additionally, the park is always busy with many large crowds to navigate. Even though wait times are irrelevant on your VIP Tour, many visitors find it much more comfortable to be there before the masses.
While it is ABSOLUTELY up to YOU, these are the thing that are important to consider in choosing the best time to meet at the park.
What is the price of a VIP Tour?
